The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I felt really welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beautiful coastline and great cafes in the Long Jetty area. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a lovely swimming pool and outdoor dining area. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities. the service and facilities here were amazing, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I would highly recommend this place to family and friends. The staff provided excellent service, the location was superb, and the hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I stayed for 2 nights last weekend and highly recommend it as a very comfortable,clean, and quiet place to relax and take a break from the rat race we live in these days..... Thanx for the utmost courtesy extended to me from the staff for any questions I asked as well as help rendered without hesitation... The staff make you feel very important so I thanked them and promised to return soon.. As a first time to stay here I would not hesitate to recomend it to any laid back people as the quietness is fantastic... I love it......thank you jetty motel and see you real soon again..........

In a area where everything is close by, this hotel is conveniently located near all the attractions and amenities that we needed. We were able to easily walk to The Entrance beach and enjoy the beautiful landscape. The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant stay and were always available to assist us with any requests or questions we had. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with nice amenities. The bed was cozy and provided a good night's sleep. Additionally, we appreciated the communal kitchen where we could prepare our meals and the breakfast included in the great prices was a fantastic perk.

All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

The staff were friendly and approachable. The breakfast was well-stocked with a variety of choices. The room had basic kitchenette amenities. The location was conveniently close to public transportation and within walking distance to local attractions.

The noise level throughout the night was unbearable, it was difficult to get a good night's rest. The beds were uncomfortable and dated, felt like a 1-star motel.

I liked the proximity to The Entrance- yet not in a noisy area.

The cupboard in the room was a too small and the pillows too hard If I come again I will definately bring my own pillow.

A short walk to the Diggers Club. Electric jug, toaster and fridge in room.

No microwave in the room - although there was a full kitchen across the carpark where I could heat my breakfast - just meant walking across the carpark in my dressing gown in the morning..

The young couple next door who played loud music all night and made a lot of noise, inconsiderate of others.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and some lovely touches. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of a beautiful park on the lakeside and some great restaurants. It is also conveniently close to the town center and everything you need is within easy reach. The staff provide great service and the basic amenities are all provided. Plus, the fact that breakfast is included in the price is a fantastic bonus.

All was spot-on, no improvements needed.

Parking is a bit tight for large vehicles like my Landcruiser in rooms 10 to 13, but its difficult to correct.
